Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

At Kloth Kit, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Our standard order processing time is 24-48 hours from the moment you place your order. Unless customizations or alterations are requested, we aim to dispatch orders within 48-72 hours of placement.

Exceptions: Shipping timelines may extend due to factors beyond our control, such as national holidays, government regulations, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances (Act of God).

 

Shipping Charges & Delivery Partners
Domestic Orders (India)
  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat INR 100 logistics charge applies, regardless of pin code or number of items.
  • Shipping Partners: FedEx, DTDC, Trackon, Gati, Rivigo, India Post (Prepaid) | Delhivery, India Post (COD)

International Orders
  • We ship worldwide to all countries that accept shipments from India.
  • Flat Shipping Fee: Orders up to USD 300 incur a flat shipping fee of USD 40, irrespective of item quantity.
  • Customs & Duties: Prices are inclusive of all taxes except Import Duties (if applicable in your destination country).
  • Shipping Partners: FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DHL, DTDC

Estimated Delivery Timelines
  • Domestic Orders: Expected delivery within 4-5 working days from the date of order placement.
  • International Orders: Expected delivery within 7-8 working days.


Note: If your order includes customizations or alterations, the delivery timeline may vary. For specific details, contact us via WhatsApp or Email.

Exception:
If delivery to your address is not feasible due to location constraints, India Post may coordinate a pickup arrangement with you.


Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
  • If you experience difficulties tracking your order, delays, or non-receipt of the shipment, please reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email.
  • We will assist you in resolving any shipping or delivery-related issues promptly.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

At Kloth Kit, we ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues:

  • If the delivered item(s) do not match your order, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Inform us immediately so we can investigate. If you accept the package, note the issue on the delivery form and take a picture for reference.
  • We will ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly and in accordance with the invoice.
